Support guide

Make the next conversation useful.

A clear description helps separate source compatibility, account readiness and a processing result. Use this guide to prepare the information needed for a review. This website does not currently provide a contact form, live chat or a published support contact.

Preparing a new setup

Describe the workflow you want in everyday terms. Include the source type and the behavior you expect, then identify the parts that still need confirmation.

  • Source: Telegram channel messages, TradingView alerts or an MT5 source account.
  • Destination: intended platform, broker symbol names and demo or live account context, without account credentials.
  • Rules: sizing choice, target handling, entry limits and permitted management actions.
  • Compatibility: whether the source actually provides direction, entry, stop and target values.

Explaining an unexpected result

State what you expected, what you observed and when it happened. Separate the original signal, the copier result, the broker position and any notification so the point of failure is clear.

  • Include the time and timezone, source type and sanitized visible error.
  • Note whether the worker was ready and the latest settings were acknowledged.
  • Describe the broker's current position state if it is relevant.
  • Record whether the problem affects one source or the whole workflow.

Keep private information private

Do not include passwords, Telegram sessions, access keys or private alert links in a support description. Remove sensitive account details from screenshots and message examples before sharing them through a verified support channel.

  • There is no credential upload or account connection form on this site.
  • If a broker outcome is uncertain, check the account before repeating an action.
  • Review the relevant solution and FAQ pages for current limits while preparing your request.
