Frequently asked questions

Get clear on the workflow before you begin.

These answers cover the most common setup decisions. Each solution page also explains its own requirements and limitations, so you can review the route that matches your source.

A practical starting point

Identify the source you are authorized to use, the destination account and the management behavior you expect. Compatibility and readiness depend on that specific combination.

  • Read the relevant solution page for source-specific requirements.
  • Use the support checklist to prepare a clear setup description.
  • Treat trade receipt, processing and broker execution as separate states.

FAQ

What does Atlas do?

Atlas supports defined workflows from Telegram signals, compatible TradingView alerts and MT5 source accounts into a MetaTrader 5 destination account. You choose the sources, sizing and management permissions. Compatibility and account readiness must be checked before use.

What do I need before setting up a workflow?

You need authorized access to the source, a compatible MT5 account and broker symbols, a supported operating environment and explicit sizing and management choices. Start with a demo workflow and confirm the actual account connection. This marketing website does not connect accounts or start trading.

Is Atlas ready for Linux and every private indicator?

No. The documented Windows workflow covers the supported copying routes. Linux MT5 execution and the native chart reader remain under qualification. Private indicator access, original values and compatibility require individual review; there is no universal-indicator claim.

Does Atlas choose trades or guarantee profitable results?

No. Atlas processes supported instructions from the sources you select under your chosen rules. It does not validate a strategy's profitability or eliminate market risk. Losses, including losses beyond a sizing estimate, remain possible.

Will old signals or existing account positions be copied when I connect?

The workflows do not replay old signals to catch up after downtime. In AccountCopy, existing source positions form a baseline instead of opening historical copies. New eligible events still need current data, the right account and an enabled policy.

What is the difference between pause and stop?

Pause blocks new entries after it is applied while the running worker can continue permitted management of existing positions. Stop halts the worker and its ongoing management. Neither action automatically closes all broker positions.

How do I know that an alert became a trade?

Check the copier's processing result and the broker's actual position confirmation. Receiving an alert or delivering a Telegram notification is a separate event. If an outcome is uncertain, review the account before repeating any financial action.

Can I buy or activate a service on this website?

No. This is an informational website with no checkout, account connection or activation flow. The pricing page explains scope considerations, and the support page helps you prepare a compatibility or troubleshooting request.
